HomeKosher sets up systems to ensure optimal standards are upheld in Homes bearing our status symbol. To really know that all facets of the complex and detailed laws of Kosher are being upheld in a safeguarded system, is something comforting to many. When people ask about personal homes it can get touchy, but when they see HomeKosher, they are within reach.
Community.
As a community that has always taken pride in our adherence to keeping tradition, many conversations take place to clarify the how to best keep kosher in the modern ever changing era. We tackle this the way we tackle everything else, together. We hope to bring the kosher foodie community together to prosper and thrive.
Education.
There is so much to learn, and so much to explore in the vast knowledge of Kosher. For every topic to be studied in depth with its practical applications, it can take decades… or a quick jump over to us with a question as we already spent the decades learning thousands of years of tradition and law, not so you don’t have to, rather so you can as well!
Sell.
It could be a bake sale for a good cause, a solo catering business for those milestone parties, a restaurant or grocery supply operation of that one thing no one quite makes like you, or it could be a bevy of other things. If you are making it in your home (law permitting) we are there to give others the confidence to buy from you and enjoy your creation(s)
Growth.
Food is life, life is growth, you need food to grow, [insert something profound here]. We all are on a journey of growth and HomeKosher is no exception. We ourselves grew out of the community driven JSOR and we plan of continuing to grow and help foster growth in the community and beyond. Knowlege.
A person can spend their entire life in pursuit of the river of knowledge, yet what they would achieve would amount to but a drop of water. As the world continues to discover more and more of this amazing world and how to manipulate it, we hope that our community will benefit from multiple seekers of knowledge to ever expand our own. We seek to build a searchable knowledge base (coming soon with your support!) to share this knowledge with all.
